As a Nurse/Midwife registered under the Nursing and Midwifery Council and a Holistic therapist registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapists, I have had the privilege of caring for the health and well-being of women and their families for over twenty years. Midwifery care strives to empower women and provide them with the knowledge and support they need to live full and healthy lives, not just during pregnancy and the postpartum period, but throughout preconception and the many phases of their lives. It is our duty as Midwives to advocate for women and hold them in a place of great admiration and to serve as safeguards of powerful, life-changing moments in a woman and her family's life.  Pregnancy is a time of many changes. Your body, your emotions and the life of your family are changing. These changes may be welcome, but they can also add new stresses and anxieties to your life.  Sadly there is also fetal loss, the loss of a child at any age or gestation has devastating effects on a mother, father and their families. It can be a devastating and challenging time to have to try and navigate the roller coaster of emotions that follow, and it can feel like a very lonely and isolating time in a parents life.

For any of your needs, I offer a confidential, non judgemental safe space to give you the time, counsel and healing to be able to start the process together, whether that be the release of anxieties and the preparation for conception, labour and birth, or the journey of healing following loss.
